Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, organisation, email, phone and message when you contact us through this website, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Customers: contact, billing and tax details needed to provide services, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations.
• Client portal users: your name, email and sign-in activity, to give you secure access to your account.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To deliver and support the services you buy, and to invoice and collect payment.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements in Ghana.

We do not sell personal data. This website does not use advertising trackers or cookies.

To understand how the site is used, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and gives us only totals: pages viewed, the referring site, country and device type. It does not identify you.

Systems we install or operate for you

Where we install or support systems that hold your own data — including patient data in a hospital management system — we act on your instructions as your processor, and apply access controls, confidentiality and security measures appropriate to the data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email and hosting providers), under appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Accounting and tax records are kept for the period the law requires (at least six years).

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or object to its use, by contacting us. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here.
